In the Racial Identity, Diversity, and Equity (R.I.D.E.) Lab, we use psychological science to understand and promote racial equity and inclusion.

 

We examine how people conceptualize their racial identity, how they relate to people within their own racial group and to people from outside of their race, and how people's ideas about race influence their behavior.
